HSAA Football 2011: General Information
Inviting all homeschooled boys who will be in the 6th–12th grade in the Fall of 2011 to play competitive football against private and home school teams.
This is 11-MAN TACKLE FOOTBALL. We are forming the following 2011 Fall Teams:
1. 7th Grade (6th graders allowed to try out)
2. 8th Grade
3. High School JV (grades 9-11)
4. High School Varsity (grades 9-12)
(*6th graders will be evaluated by the coaches, and a decision will be made on an individual basis.)

Current Players:
Forms and payment due Monday, August 1st
Bring the following:
1.Parent contract- from website
2. Player contract- from website
3. Updated physical, if necessary
Fees: $650 if you attended Spring Football; $725 if you did not
Please do not give any forms to the coaches.

All paperwork must be submitted in order for your player to participate in practice.

Monday – Friday
August 22- End of Season
Monday - Thursday: 6:30–8:30 pm

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
August 1 - August 19 - Practice begins Monday, August 1, Point North Park
We practice Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri 6:00 - 8:00pm Wednesdays only 5:30 - 6:30pm
1st week only - players need to be in shorts, t-shirt,
tennis shoes or cleats
2nd week and beyond - full gear (see below)
Shoulder pads
White mesh practice jersey
Solid white helmet w/chin guard
White football pants w/ 7-piece pad set
Cleats
Protective cup
Mouth guard - your player CANNOT practice or play without
August 22 - end of the season
We practice Mon, Tues 6:00 - 8:00 pm in full pads
Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 shorts, t-shirt, helmets walk-through of the plays
The bulk of our games will be on Thursdays. When we do not have a Thursday game, Coach will announce an amended practice schedule.
