Coach Carter is an accomplished football leader known for building high-performing teams, developing young athletes on and off the field, and creating winning cultures grounded in discipline, accountability, and family. With over 13 years of coaching experience, he has established a reputation as a strategic thinker, motivational educator, and trusted mentor to student-athletes.

His coaching philosophy centers on preparing athletes for success in life—not just the scoreboard—by instilling confidence, leadership, and relentless work ethic. He leads with a Christ-centered philosophy that emphasizes accountability, brotherhood, and perseverance. He believes coaching is ministry and opportunity to teach young men how to pursue excellence through faith, hard work, and humility. His teams play with passion, unity, and purpose, reflecting his commitment to glorifying God in all things

Throughout his career, Coach Carter has been known for his intensity that he instills in his players. In 2022 he is known for designing an innovative defensive scheme that lead to having the #1 defense in TAPPS and #6 in the entire DFW area for points allowed per game 12.2

Maximizing player strengths, and turning under-recruited athletes into competitive standouts. His teams are recognized for their physicality, discipline, and ability to execute under pressure.

He maintains strong relationships with college programs to provide recruiting exposure and opportunities for his players.

In addition to on-field success, Coach Carter actively leads community involvement, youth camps, leadership sessions, NIL education, and mentorship initiatives. His mission extends beyond football and he strives to shape responsible young men who excel in the classroom, respect their communities, and become leaders in their homes.
