Dave Seal

Dave Seal enters his first season as the Head Coach of the Dallas HSAA Varsity Girls Basketball program after serving as the varsity assistant coach for the previous two seasons. He is passionate about developing complete student-athletes by emphasizing skill development, basketball IQ, character, leadership, and a Christ-centered approach to competition.

Seal brings a unique combination of playing experience, coaching, and player development to the program. A four-year collegiate player at Lubbock Christian University, he went on to play professionally in Mexico for two seasons. His passion for teaching the game has continued beyond the court through the development of FORMCHK, an innovative basketball shooting analysis app that uses technology to evaluate shooting mechanics and help players improve their performance.
Dave and his wife, Kate, have been married for 22 years. Kate played collegiate basketball at SMU, and together they have two children who share their love for the game—a daughter in the 11th grade and a son in the 8th grade.

Coach Seal is committed to building a program that honors God, develops high-character young women, and prepares players to compete at the highest level while making a lasting impact both on and off the court.
