James Sanders

After playing in Greenville, TX, James stayed connected to his love and passion for sports by refereeing and coaching various levels from recreational to high school.  He has attended the National Homeschool Championships for over 15 years, sometimes as a parent and sometimes as a coach, helping players to find their unique contribution, love, and super power in sports.

James earned a BS in electrical engineering and a MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas.  Today, James is an executive in industrial automation, leading a team of domain experts, engineers, and sellers in creating a culture of care and in working, winning and growing together.  He and his wife Carletta have eight (8) children.
