12U Blue Girls

I’m entering my second year coaching with HSAA, where I get to combine my love for basketball with my passion for mentoring young girls. My basketball journey began at Wylie East High School, where I developed not just my skills, but a true love for the game. I went on to play collegiately, starting at Labette Community College in Parsons, KS, where I earned my Associate’s degree in Exercise Science. From there, I continued my career at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, competing for three years and graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Communications.

For me, basketball is more than just competition—it’s a platform to teach teamwork, discipline, and character. I strive to help my players grow not only as athletes, but as confident, well-rounded young women. While winning is always exciting, I believe the way you play and the person you become in the process matters most. Coaching allows me to give back to the next generation of athletes, and my hope is to inspire them to keep progressing both on and off the court.
