Robert Barth

14U Girls

I have been married since 1997 and have homeschooled our three children, all of whom were student-athletes. Two of our children went on to play college basketball, giving me a unique perspective as both a coach and a parent throughout the athlete development journey.

As a basketball coach, my mission is to mentor, challenge, and encourage athletes to develop the gifts God has given them. I believe coaching extends beyond the game, helping young people grow in character, confidence, and leadership.

My coaching philosophy combines physical development, skill training, basketball IQ, and mental performance to develop complete athletes who love the game and thrive in their roles. I emphasize a team-first mentality, where players work together, encourage one another, and pursue shared goals with excellence and selflessness.

Originally from Wisconsin, I grew up with a love for basketball and competed in both varsity basketball and track. I have coached basketball since 2010, working with both boys and girls at multiple age levels. Most recently, I coached the 2025-26 18U girls team to the NCHBC Division I 5A Gold Ball Championship and a third-place finish overall.

I am passionate about building teams made up of hardworking, confident athletes who strive for excellence while reflecting Christ both on and off the court.
