Fees and Fundraising
The cost of running a baseball program like ours is substantial. To help keep the program competitive, address increasing costs, and make it affordable for all families, we need to do some fundraising. Although participation is not mandatory, all players will benefit from fundraising as team members, so please help our teams reach our fundraising goals.

Fundraising
Player fees do not fully cover the expenses incurred by HSAA to allow your son to continue his development and play baseball. That is why we encourage players to participate in fundraising (goals of $1000 for high school players and $500 for midddle school players). Players can choose to raise money through hit-a-thon donations, run the bases donations, business sponsorships, or any combination of the three. However, we ask all players to participate in the hit-a-thon as hitters (unless injured).
Hit-A-Thon
Each player is to collect pledges from friends & family for his longest hit. This is an exciting event for the whole family with music, food & fun. In addition to raising funds for the program, this event gives players and parents from all teams an opportunity to come together for an evening of baseball. Injured players can participate using the alternate form of the fundraising letter (uses a team average distance).
Run the Bases
Players collect donations on the run the bases form.
Business Sponsorships
All players are encouraged to approach local businesses as potential sponsors for our team. Special recognition of sponsors will be given based on the sponso
