Registration for 2026-2027 is open!
Before trying out, each athlete needs to first verify eligibility as a home-schooled athlete (see HSAA Eligibility Requirements below). If you have any questions on eligibility, please contact the Baseball Commissioner Jared Lorenz.
The first step is to register online (now open) and upload (during registration) the following items (or email them before tryouts to hollee.mcadams@hsaa.org, or bring them to tryouts):
1. Birth certificate (copy) - new players only (can be uploaded during registration, emailed, or brought to 1st tryout)
2. Current physical (dated after 5/15/2026) - sample form below - completed physical can be uploaded during registration, emailed, or brought to the 1st tryout (Cannot try out without this).
3. HSAA Parent Player Agreement (can be uploaded during registration, emailed, or brought to the 1st tryout (Cannot try out without this).
4. HSAA Athletic Release and Medical Authorization (incorporated into the registration process, so a hard copy is not needed as long as online registration is completed before tryouts)
*If you do not upload birth certificates, physicals, and Parent Player Agreement during registration, please email copies to hollee.mcadams@hsaa.org, or bring them to tryouts.
Please note that registration (and the Parent / Player Agreement) require parents and players to read and acknowledge agreement with the following three documents:
- HSAA Expectations
- HSAA Appearance Guidelines
- HSAA Social Media Policy
The Parent /Player Agreement also requires parents and athletes to acknowledge that they have read the HSAA Statement of Faith. Although athletes and their parents / guardians are not required to sign the statement of faith, we want all athletes and their families to know that our Christian faith is an integral aspect of HSAA.
We are excited to have you and your athlete join us for an incredible season of baseball. To ensure a positive and organized experience for everyone, we have established a set of policies and guidelines that we kindly ask all parents and athletes to review prior to the start of the season. Signing the Parent / Player Agreement indicates you have done that.
